Conor McGregor Declares Control at BKFC Presser, Sets Mike Perry’s Return Date
Conor McGregor brought his trademark bravado to the BKFC Champions Summit press conference on Thursday, making headlines with fiery declarations and major announcements—including the long-awaited return of “The King of Violence,” Mike Perry.
Perry, who hasn’t competed in Bare Knuckle FC since April 2024 due to his high-profile boxing loss to Jake Paul, now has his next fight officially scheduled. But it was McGregor—now a co-owner of BKFC—who made sure everyone knew who’s calling the shots.
“You’re welcome back because I welcomed you back,” McGregor told Perry directly. “October 11 is your date, and you’ll dance for me, boy. You’ll dance for the owner, and then we can talk.”
McGregor’s comments underscore his growing influence in combat sports beyond the UFC. His statement also reignited his storyline with Perry, whom he previously claimed was “fired” after the Paul bout.
Perry has become a BKFC fan favorite, but McGregor made it clear: in this new era of bare-knuckle brawls, he sets the stage—and everyone else plays their part.
