The Goop founder recently shared a now-viral Instagram clip where she prepared a gourmet paleo lobster benedict for her husband, Brad Falchuk. But it wasn’t the upscale breakfast that got people talking—it was what she did with the egg whites.
In the video, Paltrow, 52, can be seen cracking eggs over a strainer, seemingly discarding the whites straight onto the floor before continuing to poach the yolks. The caption read: “Paleo lobster benedict for a Hamptons-inspired #boyfriendbreakfast this morning”—but the egg-drop moment stole the spotlight.
“Did she just toss the egg whites on the floor?!” one stunned follower wrote.
