Trump’s Pant-Leg Bulge Sparks Online Speculation — Doctor Says He’s in Top Shape
A series of close-up photos of former President Donald Trump have ignited a wave of online theories, with some claiming a strange bulge in his pant leg could point to hidden health issues. The images, taken during a White House Rose Garden appearance, quickly went viral after a social media post asked, “What’s going on here?” — racking up over 17,000 likes.
Speculation swirled. Some suggested Trump might be wearing a Foley catheter, a medical device used for urinary incontinence, while others linked it to “drop foot,” a condition caused by nerve damage. “If he’s had a neurological event, this all adds up,” one user claimed. Others mocked the protrusion, joking it resembled a “sloshing Capri Sun.”
The rumors followed Trump to a UFC event in New Jersey, where similar photos fueled the debate.
However, Trump’s physician, Captain Sean Barbabella, dismissed such concerns earlier this year. Following a five-hour exam at Walter Reed, including blood work, cardiac tests, and a neurological assessment, Barbabella reported Trump scored a perfect 30/30 on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment. “The president is in excellent mental and physical health,” he stated.
Despite internet chatter, Trump’s public appearances — from Camp David weekends to inspecting White House lawn projects — show a vigorous figure still active on the campaign trail.
