Sylvester Stallone Opens Doors to His $35M Florida Mansion
After selling his Beverly Park and Hidden Hills estates, Sylvester Stallone has officially started a new chapter in Palm Beach, Florida. The Rocky legend and his wife, Jennifer Flavin, recently offered a rare glimpse into their breathtaking $35 million waterfront mansion in a feature for Veranda magazine.
For Stallone, the home is about more than luxury. “Monumental homes, but none of them embraced you,” he said of past properties. “It finally felt like home,” he added of the Palm Beach residence, built in 2014.
The mansion blends elegance with comfort. Designed by celebrity decorator Martyn Lawrence Bullard, it features soaring ceilings, natural light, curated artwork, and performance fabrics that stand up to the couple’s lively household—including three dogs, a cat, and their children. “Our family is precious, but the material things are not,” Flavin noted.
Stallone’s art collection rotates frequently, keeping the home vibrant. Pieces by Picasso, Rashid Johnson, George Condo, and Damien Hirst infuse creativity into the space. Hollywood memorabilia from Rocky and Rambo add personal touches, turning the mansion into both a family retreat and a living legacy.
For Stallone, Palm Beach offers what California never did—luxury that truly feels like home.
