On July 30, former President Donald Trump unveiled a bold new initiative titled “Make Health Technology Great Again”, aimed at improving how Medicare patient data is shared between hospitals, doctors, and apps. Backed by over 60 healthcare and tech companies, the plan promised easier access to digital health records through platforms like Apple Health.

But the spotlight quickly shifted—not to policy, but to Trump himself.

While Dr. Mehmet Oz spoke at the White House press conference, viewers noticed Trump appearing unusually tired. His prolonged blinks and disengaged demeanor didn’t go unnoticed.
