Elon Musk Slams Epstein Investigation: “It’s a Cover-Up (Obviously)”
Elon Musk has reignited public scrutiny over the Jeffrey Epstein case, calling the official narrative a clear “cover-up” after recent government statements dismissed long-standing rumors of a “client list.”
Earlier this month, the Trump administration reversed its stance on releasing Epstein-related documents, citing a lack of incriminating evidence. According to the Justice Department and FBI, no blackmail operation or prosecutable client list was found, and no further investigation is warranted.
Yet a YouGov/Economist poll revealed 67% of Americans believe the government is hiding critical information—reflecting deep public mistrust.
Trump labeled the controversy a “Democrat hoax” and criticized both Democrats and Republicans who continue to push for more transparency, calling them “weaklings.” His shift in narrative has drawn backlash, including from his own supporters.
Elon Musk didn’t hold back. Reacting to Trump’s statements, he tweeted:
“Wow, amazing that Epstein ‘killed himself’ and Ghislaine is in federal prison for a hoax.”
And later added:
“It’s a cover-up (obviously). Not a single Epstein client has been prosecuted.”
With growing public outrage and Musk amplifying dissent, questions around Epstein’s connections remain far from settled.
