Monica Riley, once known as the 680-pound woman aiming to become the world’s heaviest person, has had a remarkable journey. Unlike typical ambitions of travel or luxury, Monica’s goal was unconventional: to gain as much weight as possible by consuming enormous amounts of high-fat, high-calorie foods.
