Ravi’s Wedding Night Horror: The Wife… or the Mannequin?
Ravi, 26, was known as “the wise man with vision,” drawn to mature, experienced women rather than fleeting beauty. So when he married 44-year-old Meera, a former creative director famed for elegance and intellect, friends were stunned.
The wedding night promised romance: soft candlelight, scented air, and a nervous Ravi awaiting Meera in the bedroom. She entered gracefully in a long white silk nightgown, smiled, and sat silently. “I’m tired. Let me sleep first,” she whispered, turning away.
At 3 a.m., Ravi passed a mirror on his way to the bathroom—and froze. The nightgown he’d seen on Meera now hung neatly on a hook. On the bed lay a serene figure… unnervingly lifelike. Heart pounding, Ravi yanked the blanket away. A full-sized silicone mannequin stared back, its left arm dangling unnaturally.
Meera emerged from the bathroom, calm and amused. “You loved experienced women… so you’ll have to get used to some creative sleeping arrangements,” she said.
From that night on, Ravi feared: “If she’s in the bathroom… who’s really in my bed?”
