Kai Trump Set to Make LPGA Debut
President Donald Trump’s granddaughter, Kai Trump, is following in her family’s golfing footsteps. On October 28, 2025, the 18-year-old, daughter of Donald Trump Jr., announced she will make her LPGA Tour debut.
The event, The ANNIKA driven by Gainbridge at Pelican, will take place November 10–16 at Pelican Golf Club in Belleair, Florida. Competing via a sponsor invitation, Kai expressed excitement about the opportunity:
“It has been a dream of mine to compete at the professional level… I’m looking forward to teeing up with the best players in the world at one of the most premiere venues on tour.”
Currently a high school senior in Palm Beach, Kai has committed to University of Miami for fall 2026, where she will join the NCAA Division I women’s golf team.
Golfing With Grandpa, President Trump
Kai rose to prominence in 2024 after speaking at the Republican National Convention. She frequently shares insights into her life with her grandfather on YouTube.
In a recent video, she showcased a round of golf with President Trump at Trump National Golf Club Washington D.C. She highlighted their close bond:
“This is my favorite video I have filmed… everyone gets to see the bond we have, especially on the golf course.”
The video also features a casual interview where Trump discussed his love for all sports, especially football. Kai’s channel captures more of these moments, including a recent visit with her grandfather to the Ryder Cup.
Kai’s debut marks a major step in her golfing career, blending family legacy with professional ambition.
