McDonald’s fans in the UK and Ireland have a new reason to celebrate! Launching on 6 November, the fast-food giant is adding the Chilli Double Cheeseburger to its revamped Saver Menu, offering a fiery twist without burning your wallet.

The new burger features two 100% British & Irish beef patties, two slices of cheese, jalapeños, onions, pickles, and a spicy relish, all packed into a soft, toasted bun. Priced at just £2.49, it’s a budget-friendly option with a bold flavour punch—perfect for winter.
Already popular in South Africa, this is the first time the burger hits UK menus. Its launch follows the recent return of the beloved McRib, which, despite fanfare, won’t become permanent.
