Jason Momoa may be Hollywood’s resident warrior, but off-screen, he’s all heart — a loving dad to two amazing teens. His kids, Lola and Nakoa-Wolf, are practically mini-versions of their famous parents, Lisa Bonet and Jason himself.
Though Jason and Lisa parted ways in 2022 after 16 years together, they remain committed co-parents, putting family first. Their bond was forged through highs, lows, and even financial struggles before Jason’s “Aquaman” fame. “We were starving after ‘Game of Thrones,'” Jason once revealed. But through success and separation, family stayed their anchor.
Fatherhood has been a transformative journey for Jason, who grew up without a dad. Determined to create something different, he teaches his kids courage and adventure through skateboarding, climbing, and simply being present. “When I’m with my babies, I’m just dad,” he says.
