Texas Mom Gives Birth to Rare Identical Quadruplets Amid COVID-19 Chaos
Jenny Marr and her partner Chris from Grapevine, Texas, were preparing to welcome one baby—but a routine ultrasound changed everything. Initially told she was expecting triplets, a follow-up appointment revealed something even rarer: identical spontaneous quadruplets, a phenomenon occurring in just 1 in 11 to 15 million births.

On March 15, 2020, amid the growing COVID-19 pandemic, Jenny gave birth via C-section at just 28.5 weeks. The four premature but healthy boys—Harrison, Hardy, Henry, and Hudson—spent around 10 weeks in the NICU before heading home in May.
