The images, taken during a White House Rose Garden appearance, quickly went viral after a social media post asked, “What’s going on here?” — racking up over 17,000 likes.

Speculation swirled. Some suggested Trump might be wearing a Foley catheter, a medical device used for urinary incontinence, while others linked it to “drop foot,” a condition caused by nerve damage. “If he’s had a neurological event, this all adds up,” one user claimed.
