Anthony Loffredo, known globally as the “most modified man,” has taken another extreme step in his quest to become a self-described “black alien.” The 33-year-old from France recently had two fingers surgically removed, reshaping his hand into a claw-like form. Loffredo has already split his tongue, removed his nose and ears, and covered his body with tattoos and implants. Despite these drastic changes, he insists he is only 34 percent into his long-term transformation.
A Decade of Radical Body Transformation
For more than ten years, Loffredo has pursued radical body modification, often traveling abroad for procedures that are illegal in France. His transformations include eyeball tattooing, dermal facial implants, and the removal of his upper lip. On Instagram, where his Black Alien Project has over 700,000 followers, he documents each step. After the finger removal, he posted a stitched image of his hand with the caption: “I develop my inner peace.”
Praise, Backlash, and Unshaken Resolve
Reactions online remain deeply divided. Supporters praise his dedication, calling his journey “intriguing” and “fearlessly authentic,” while critics accuse him of disrespecting amputees. Still, Loffredo remains unmoved. “I realized I wasn’t living the life I wanted,” he once said. His transformation, he insists, is not shock—it’s purpose.
