Psychologist and author Mary Trump is once again sounding the alarm on her uncle, Donald Trump—this time with sharper words and deeper concerns. In a new episode of her YouTube series Trump Trolls Trump, she accused the former president of leading a “reign of terror, confusion, chaos—but let’s be honest, it’s also a reign of idiocy.”

Mary didn’t mince words when discussing what she believes are growing signs of cognitive decline. “He has the attention span of a toddler—although that’s nothing new,” she said, suggesting Trump fears developing Alzheimer’s like his father, Fred Trump Sr.

She described his behavior as “a twofer—cognitive decline mixed with narcissism,” and criticized a recent public appearance where Trump rambled off-topic. “The question wasn’t whether you like Florida, you idiot,” she mocked. “He can’t answer because he doesn’t know.”

Mary also slammed Trump’s continued misinformation and latest money grab—a $249 fragrance named Victory. “It’s grotesque for a president to grift like this,” she said. “And guessing what that horror smells like? Deeply unfair.”
