Elon Musk Accuses Trump of Epstein Cover-Up in Explosive Online Clash
What began as a simple disagreement has erupted into a high-stakes feud between Elon Musk and Donald Trump, fueled by long-standing suspicions surrounding the late Jeffrey Epstein.
On June 5, Musk posted a fiery claim on X (formerly Twitter):
“Time to drop the really big bomb: @realDonaldTrump is in the Epstein files… Have a nice day, DJT!”
He followed with a warning:
“Mark this post for the future. The truth will come out.”
Musk suggested Trump is blocking the full release of Epstein-related court documents to protect himself. While being named in such files does not imply guilt, the accusation has intensified calls for full transparency.
Trump has not addressed the claim, but David Schoen, Epstein’s former lawyer, quickly pushed back:
“There was nothing implicating President Trump during my time as Epstein’s lawyer.”
Epstein, convicted in 2008 and arrested again in 2019, died in jail under suspicious circumstances. The so-called “Epstein files” are believed to include powerful names, many of which remain sealed—despite Trump’s previous vows to declassify them.
Now, with Musk fanning the flames and public pressure mounting, the demand for answers has reignited—raising the question: What’s still hidden in the Epstein files?
