Shaquille O’Neal Criticizes Joel Embiid’s Playstyle Amid 76ers’ Struggles

Shaquille O’Neal, known for his dominance as an NBA big man, has voiced his disappointment with Joel Embiid’s recent performances. The Philadelphia 76ers center, who has been plagued by injuries in recent seasons, has struggled to recapture his MVP-caliber form. Playing just 12 games this season, Embiid’s sporadic availability contributed to the 76ers’ shaky start.

“You’re the biggest guy out there, but you’re settling. Bump them back, use your size, and dominate,” O’Neal urged.

Adding to the critique, Charles Barkley expressed little faith in the 76ers, blaming Embiid’s inconsistent defense for their shortcomings. Both legends agree: for Philadelphia to contend, Embiid must embrace a more aggressive and intelligent style of play.
