Chicago Sky’s Angel Reese isn’t one to miss a moment—especially when it comes to her longtime rival Caitlin Clark.
Despite being sidelined with a groin injury, Clark was still in the spotlight during the 2025 WNBA All-Star weekend in Indianapolis, where she was named a team captain alongside Napheesa Collier. But it was Angel Reese who stole some of that attention with a subtle yet fiery social media jab.
Reese posted a video on Instagram featuring the phrase, “WALK IN YOUR TRAP TAKEOVER YOUR TRAP,” followed by a caption that read, “I’M IN YOUR CITYYY……”—a clear dig at Clark on her home turf.
The Reese-Clark rivalry dates back to the explosive 2023 NCAA championship, when Reese famously mocked Clark with a “You can’t see me” gesture during LSU’s victory over Iowa.
While Clark’s Indiana Fever currently leads the season series 2-0 against Reese’s Sky, tensions are sure to rise with two more matchups ahead—July 27 and August 9.
