Philadelphia Woman Goes Viral After Life-Changing Nose Job

Devyn Aiken, a 30-year-old from Philadelphia, is gaining viral attention for openly sharing her plastic surgery journey on TikTok, where she now has over 61,000 followers. Her candid updates about her rhinoplasty have inspired thousands, but she insists the decision wasn’t about changing who she was.

“I’ve always thought I was pretty. I just hated my nose,” Aiken told PEOPLE.

Bullied in middle school with nicknames like “bird” and “Toucan Sam,” Aiken asked her mom for a nose job at 14. But it wasn’t until November of last year that she could afford the $11,000 procedure with Dr. Mark Ginsburg, a triple board-certified plastic surgeon and ENT.

Determined to keep results natural, she said: “I didn’t want a Barbie nose. I just wanted something that fit my face.”

Aiken documented every step of her recovery online—bruising, swelling, and all—earning praise for her honesty. “I wanted people to see everything—the good, the bad, the ugly,” she explained.

Now healed, Aiken says her life has completely transformed. “Every time I look in the mirror, I’m happy. Best decision of my life,” she said.
