Storm at Sharma Villa: The Night Truth Shattered Everything
The silence in the room was deafening. Savitri Devi’s words hung in the air like poison. Arjun’s defiance only made things worse. Rajesh stormed out, his face pale with fury and heartbreak.
I tried to speak, to explain that nothing had happened — that my guilt came only from feelings I never acted on. But Savitri’s glare froze me in place. “You have destroyed our family’s name,” she hissed.
That night, I packed my things. The rain outside felt like a cruel echo of that night weeks ago — the night that started it all. I left Sharma Villa without a word, not knowing where to go, only knowing I couldn’t stay.
Days turned into weeks. Then one morning, I received a letter. It was from Arjun.
“I’ve given up everything — the hospital, the inheritance — to leave Mumbai. I don’t want power. I only wanted peace… and you.”
Tears blurred the ink. I folded the letter and whispered to the empty room,
“Some storms never end, Arjun. They just move inside us.”
And from that day on, I carried his memory — not as love, but as a wound that would never heal.
